- How do I maintain my hardwood floors?
A: Use a damp cloth to blot spills and spots as soon as they happen. For tough spots, such as oil, paint, markers, lipstick, ink, tar, or cigarette marks, use acetone/nail polish remover on a clean white cloth, then wipe with a damp cloth. Always avoid allowing liquids to stand on your floor.
- How do I maintain my carpet properly?
A: We recommend having your carpet professionally cleaned using a hot water extraction method. Commonly known as steam cleaning, this should be done every 12 to 18 months by a professional cleaning company. The equipment used by these companies is specially designed to use hot water to clean, sterilize and kill any germs or bacteria that are imbedded in your carpet fibers and pad. Rental equipment is available at many local retailers for the do-it-yourselfer but we do not recommend that option as your only cleaning solution. True professionals have the knowledge, training, and proper equipment to deal with every type of situation and ensure the jobs is done right the first time.

A: Yes we have done projects in areas outside of Louisiana.
- What would you want me to send you - to estimate my project?
A: Simply put - PLANS & SPECS. We can take it from there! If you have no specs, we can get the material details from you, but we need some sort of plans.
- If plans are not to scale (NTS), can you scale them?
A: Yes. We will scale any plans to actual scale for an accurate take-off estimate.
